Benjamin Saltzman
Benjamin Saltzman has been training leaders for over a decade. He recently co founded the Israeli Enneagram Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. He travels there regularly to teach masters level classes. He is author of the book Rules for Visionary Leaders and the audio programs Coaching to Deep Level Change: Secrets to Permanently Changing Behaviors, Fly Free with the Enneagram, and Soul Searchers: Finding Peace of Mind. Ben currently teaches classes in Coaching to Deep Level Change with the Enneagram at The Institute for Transpersonal Psychology. He also teaches coaching seminars at John F. Kennedy University where he received his Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology. He earned a Teaching Credential and BA in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz, and completed the Enneagram Professional Training Program taught by Helen Palmer and Dr. David Daniels.
Donna Fowler
Donna Fowler is one of the first Master Certified Coaches credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She has coached hundreds of individuals and was professionally coaching executives in the early 1990’s before business coaching became a recognized discipline. Donna works with leaders who are changing the cultures of their organizations. She helps them create environments that value and develop people, while consistently delivering the bottom line results required for successful businesses. Donna holds a B.S. in Accounting from Perdue University and has completed the coursework for a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from JFK University. Her coaching approach combines practical attention to business realities with the potential for human development grounded in philosophy, integral developmental psychology and cognitive science.
